Prior to our arrival remove any personal Belongings you don't want thrown away. Park your vehicle in an area where we have ample room to work. Adress all areas of concern during our initial walkthrough.
GLOVEBOX - We do not touch the inside of your glovebox unless you remove its contents and state you want it cleaned. 99% of our clients keep items like their insurance, registration, service receipts, title and sometimes firearms inside their glovebox which is a liability should it go missing or get damaged under our care.
HEADLINER - It is not typical for headliner to have stains. Out of 100 vehicles we detail each month maybe 1 or 2 of them have stained headliner. Add the headliner spot treatment add-on at checkout if you have 5 quarter sized spots of stains or less. Add the full headliner shampoo add-on if you have more than 5 spots of stains or splatter.
No, we can remove up to 95% of pet hair. Although we have all the tools to scrape, Vaccuum & pull pet hair from various fabrics, some stands of hair will be deeply imbedded within the material fibers. it would take days to individually tweeze them out.
The truth about stain removal is that not all stains can be removed. After years of experience & being trained by the best in our industry there are various factors which will determine whether a stain can or can't be removed safely. Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtyness of the vehicle. On average it takes 1.5-3.5 hours for an Exterior Detail job. It takes 1.5-3.5 hours for an Interior Detail job, and it takes 2-5 hours for a Full Detail job.
